Q. Can I use my log in details from the old partner sites to log in to the WRAP resource library?
A. No - You will need to register again to get access to the resources on the WRAP partner website. You can sign up here. You will be sent an email with instructions and a link to verify and activate your account (note: the link will only work once). On subsequent visits to the site please sign in using your username and password. If you have forgotten your password there is an option to reset it. If problems persist, please contact DigitalTeam@wrap.org.uk
Q. Do you supply the resources in hard copy?
A. No - We don’t have hard copies of our literature available but you can access all of the campaign materials for free via the Partners website.
Q. I am an overseas organisation, can I use the consumer campaign materials?
A. We are now able to licence our brands and campaigns to organisations based abroad. There would be a fee associated with the licence which would be determined once we have full details of your request. Contact email@example.com for more information.
Q. Can I adapt the resources to suit our needs?
A. Before making any amendments to artwork please refer to the relevant set of brand guidelines. The brand guidelines for all our campaigns explain how best to use the logos, icons, colours and artwork templates. They are easy-to-use and highly interactive documents.
If the amendment is not covered in the guidelines, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may ask you to send the artwork to us for approval prior to publishing.
Q. Will WRAP adapt the artwork for us?
A. Unfortunately WRAP does not have the resource to provide graphic design services for those organisations that cannot do this in-house. All artwork is available to download from the resource library.
Q. Do you provide branded/give-away items such as spaghetti measures?
A. We do not hold stock of branded campaign materials. The campaigns are generally promoted by regional partners such as Local Authorities and other supporting organisations. Sometimes these organisations will choose to have items branded to assist with campaign promotion so you may wish to contact them directly.
Q. How can I obtain a copy of the Futura Font?
A. The Waste and Resources Action Programme (WRAP) is only licensed to provide the Futura Font directly to local authorities, government agencies and not-for-profit organisations in the UK as the licences are limited. If you are partnering with any of these to produce the signage we would suggest you ask the local authority or organisation in question to make the request to us directly. If you are not partnering with any of these you will need to purchase the licence to use the fonts. The closest match is Futura Linotype.
Q: I am looking for a new material stream icon which I can’t find on the partners website? Can you provide a design for this?
A: Please send your request to email@example.com and we will consider this request. If we are able to help with a new icon it may take a couple of weeks to turn around so please keep this in mind.
